I have experienced great personal results from using both Hemardrol and Propadrol. These prohormones are legal, and they work. The first round I took was Hemadrol as a stand alone product and I had great gains in strength, muscle mass and fat loss. Hemadrol was taken for 30 days as the product recommends. I gained 9 lbs of muscle mass, 7 of which I still retained 3 months later. I did incorporate an estrogen blocker "post cycle" to boost my natural testosterone production. The only side effects I noticed were a few back pimples. I would highly recommend this product for those who are serious about strength and muscle mass gains.
